Responsibilities
- Manage complex account maintenance requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and global regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including relationship managers, investment advisors, and legal/compliance departments.
- Perform comprehensive quality assurance reviews on account documentation and data integrity.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for account maintenance workflows and systems.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries, maintaining the highest standard of professional communication.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet operational service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Support audit preparations and regulatory reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Back-office Operations.
- Strong understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial operational systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to process optimization.
