Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on incoming leads to ensure timely response and maximum conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and personalized support.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process by providing product knowledge, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and client engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product offerings to effectively advise and serve clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the Bogor area and travel locally as needed.
