Responsibilities

  • Process over-the-counter banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bills payment, and fund transfers accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist clients with account opening, loan applications, and other banking product inquiries.
  • Ensure strict compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, particularly in control and anti-money laundering (AML) functions.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and cross-sell BDO's financial products to achieve branch sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, client documentation, and transaction reports.
  • Support the Branch Manager and team in daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; at least 1 year of experience in banking, customer service, or finance is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to be assigned and reside in Daet, Camarines Norte.
  • Must be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.
