Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular engagement
- Drive successful solution delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring project milestones
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations
- Identify growth opportunities through needs analysis and upsell/cross-sell strategies
- Monitor client health metrics and implement retention plans
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and drive product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of client-facing experience in B2B environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid setting
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
