Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and register patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate data entry in the system.
- Assist doctors during consultations and minor medical procedures as required.
- Manage patient appointments, handle phone inquiries, and perform general reception duties.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and organize medical records, ensuring patient confidentiality is strictly maintained.
- Manage basic inventory of medical supplies and alert management when replenishment is needed.
- Handle patient billing and payment collection processes professionally.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic attitude toward all patients at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; certificate in Healthcare or Nursing assistance is an advantage.
- Must be able to commit to the required rotating shifts (AM: 8am-4pm; PM: 2pm-9pm).
- Must be available to work on Sundays as part of the scheduled rotation.
- Possess excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin to serve our diverse patient base.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for clinic management software.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help patients.
- Previous experience in a clinic or medical environment is highly preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
