What you’ll do
- Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and organize clinic flow to minimize wait times.
- Assist clinicians during consultations and procedures, maintaining sterile and ready-to-use examination rooms.
- Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and update patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Prepare and stock examination rooms, manage inventory and supplies, and coordinate with the pharmacy and laboratory as needed.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and basic billing assistance.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and privacy policies and infection-control protocols.

- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Fresh graduates or candidates awaiting licensure (e.g., LJM exam) are encouraged to apply.
