What you’ll do

  • Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and organize clinic flow to minimize wait times.

  • Record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and update patient records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
  • Prepare and stock examination rooms, manage inventory and supplies, and coordinate with the pharmacy and laboratory as needed.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and basic billing assistance.
