Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures and registration.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders via phone and email.
- Assist with patient billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized reception area and examination rooms.
- Prepare and file medical records and patient charts accurately.
- Direct patient inquiries to the appropriate medical professionals or departments.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Medical Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or Medical Receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and clinic management software.
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy clinic environment.
