  • Coordinate with insurance providers and handle billing and payment collection processes.

Qualifications

  • GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or Diploma in any field.
  • Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting, particularly O&G or general practice, is highly advantageous.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse patients.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a friendly and patient-centric demeanor.
