Responsibilities
- Manage patient registration, scheduling of appointments, and handle patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist doctors during clinical examinations and minor procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, medical records filing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with insurance providers and handle billing and payment collection processes.
- Maintain the clinic’s cleanliness, hygiene standards, and aesthetic appearance at all times.
- Provide patient education regarding post-consultation care and medication instructions as directed by the physician.
- Handle incoming calls and coordinate internal referrals efficiently.
Qualifications
- GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting, particularly O&G or general practice, is highly advantageous.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse patients.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining a friendly and patient-centric demeanor.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or on Saturday mornings as required by clinic operations.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
