Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
- Provide direct clinical assistance to doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
- Maintain patient medical records and ensure accuracy in documentation using our clinic management system.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure clinical supplies are well-stocked and sterilized.
- Process patient payments, insurance claims, and handle daily financial reconciliation.
- Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments with external specialists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field; prior experience in a medical/clinic setting is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a empathetic and professional approach to patient care.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, clinic software platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy medical environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
