Responsibilities
- Manage patient appointments and scheduling to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Welcome patients, collect necessary information, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic medical systems
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to facilitate smooth patient flow
- Handle billing inquiries, insurance claims, and payment processing
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of medical supplies
- Support clinic cleanliness standards and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Resolve patient complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or customer service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and healthcare management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare system and medical terminology is advantageous
