Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and triage within the clinic setting, ensuring safety and comfort of patients.
- Perform routine nursing procedures, wound care, dressing changes, and medication administration as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist clinicians during examinations, treatments, and care planning; prepare and sterilize equipment.
- Monitor patient vital signs, observe changes, document accurately, and escalate concerns per protocol.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, post-care instructions, and health maintenance.
- Maintain infection control standards, proper sterilization, and clinic cleanliness; manage inventory and supplies.
- Document in electronic medical records with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and valid practicing certificate.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 1 year of clinic, primary care, or community nursing experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; patient-centered care orientation.
- Proficiency in EMR/documentation systems and basic computer literacy.
- Current BLS/CPR certification and ability to handle medical emergencies calmly.
