Job Description
As the Clinical Executive at Galla Med Sdn Bhd, you will be the frontline ambassador for our medical devices and solutions. You will conduct product education and live demonstrations for physicians, nurses, and procurement teams, translating complex clinical information into practical benefits. Working closely with the sales team, you will tailor training plans, address customer questions, and drive the successful adoption of cutting-edge technologies across hospitals and clinics in Kuala Lumpur and throughout Malaysia.
In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training sessions, create engaging educational materials, and provide post-demo support to ensure clinical teams understand device capabilities, installation procedures, safety considerations, and evidence-based outcomes. You will capture customer feedback, identify opportunities for expansion, and collaborate with product and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with medical device standards. The successful candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset, thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
- Conduct product education and live demonstrations for new and existing customers, translating clinical data into actionable benefits.
- Partner with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop tailored training plans, and support product launches.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to clinicians, nurses, and procurement staff.
- Develop and maintain educational materials, training curricula, and standard operating procedures.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback; create action plans to improve adoption and outcomes.
- Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance with medical device standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast training needs, and report on training outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related medical field.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical education, medical devices, or field-based sales support.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Malay; other languages are a plus.
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to translate data into practical benefits for clinicians and procurement teams.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia (up to 40-60%) and hold a valid driving license.
