Responsibilities
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and safety
- Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management and drug utilization review
- Offer medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare professionals

- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized institution
- Valid pharmacist license registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, and therapeutics
