You will be at the forefront of introducing advanced medical technologies to hospitals, ensuring healthcare teams have the knowledge and support to optimize patient outcomes.

In this client-facing position, you will deliver impactful product demonstrations, conduct hands-on training for ICU staff, and provide ongoing clinical support. This is an excellent opportunity to combine clinical knowledge with sales acumen in a role that values expertise, communication, and a commitment to patient care.

We are looking for candidates with a strong clinical foundation in ICU settings—such as nursing, respiratory therapy, or biomedical sciences—who are eager to transition into medical device sales. Exceptional presentation skills, a passion for education, and the ability to travel within Kuala Lumpur are essential. Randstad offers a supportive culture, competitive compensation, and outstanding work-life balance.

  • Support product trials, evaluations, and implementations within hospital accounts
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and ICU clinical best practices
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product optimization
