In this client-facing position, you will deliver impactful product demonstrations, conduct hands-on training for ICU staff, and provide ongoing clinical support. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical product support and in-service training to healthcare professionals in ICU and critical care units
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the clinical benefits of ICU medical devices
- Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and purchasing decision-makers
- Assist the sales team in achieving regional revenue targets and market share growth
- Support product trials, evaluations, and implementations within hospital accounts
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and ICU clinical best practices
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing, Biomedical Science, or a related clinical field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Prior experience in medical sales, clinical support, or product specialist roles is a plus
- Excellent presentation, training, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to understand complex medical devices and articulate clinical value
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and occasionally nationwide
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
