Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses for diverse patient populations (children, adolescents, adults).
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to client needs and clinical presentations (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, developmental disorders).

  • Prepare detailed clinical reports, maintain accurate client records, and contribute to case conferences and care planning discussions.

  • Participate in service evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, and potentially clinical supervision or training roles.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation for clients and their families to promote understanding and coping strategies.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Full registration or eligibility for registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or equivalent professional body.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting, with experience in adult, paediatric, or trauma psychology highly advantageous.
