Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-native backend services.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to maintain high availability and performance across cloud platforms.
- Optimize backend architectures for low latency and high throughput.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code deployment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection standards in cloud environments.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend software development using languages like Java, Python, or Go.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Understanding of cloud security concepts, IAM, and network security.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
