Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Develop and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable software delivery.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
- Apply security controls, compliance policies, and best practices across cloud resources.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Evaluate new cloud services and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in cloud engineering or cloud architecture roles.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Understanding of networking concepts (VPN, VPC, subnets, routing) and security fundamentals.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
