Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, networking, and storage solutions
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security across the Azure environment
- Implement and manage automated patching and updates for cloud resources
- Configure and maintain Azure networking components including VNet, subnets, and VPN connections
- Collaborate with development teams to support application deployments in Azure
- Document infrastructure configurations and maintain standard operating procedures
- Respond to incidents and resolve technical issues within agreed SLA timeframes
- Participate in improvement initiatives and contribute to cloud architecture planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Proficiency in Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, and Storage administration
- Experience with Azure monitoring tools and log analysis
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-104) are advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a team environment
