Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized service.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work area.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely.
- Promote new products and special offers to drive sales.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the store manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, food & beverage, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Passion for coffee and eagerness to learn about brewing techniques.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork spirit.
