We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Collector to manage cargo collection operations at our facility in Zamboanga City. As a Collector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient handling of shipments, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain our high service standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for processing and managing outgoing cargo, verifying documentation accuracy, and ensuring timely collection by authorized parties. You will work closely with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and customers to maintain seamless operations.

Responsibilities
- Process and verify cargo collection requests according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all collected shipments and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for efficient cargo handling and release
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
- Liaise with customers, truckers, and stakeholders regarding collection schedules
- Perform quality checks on cargo before release to authorized parties
- Generate daily reports and maintain proper filing systems
- Address and resolve any collection-related issues or discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational course related to logistics is an advantage
- At least 6 months of experience in warehouse, logistics, or cargo operations
- Familiarity with inventory management and documentation procedures
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends as required
