Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous, professional service to customers at the teller window and over the counter.
- Process daily banking transactions with high accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash handling).
- Maintain cash drawer accuracy and complete daily reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist customers with account-related needs, forms, and straightforward product inquiries.
- Promote appropriate banking products and services while adhering to compliance standards.
- Ensure data privacy and protect confidential information in all interactions.
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional finance-related coursework is a plus.
- Strong numerical ability with high attention to detail.
