In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our commercial strategy and internal stakeholders, helping to articulate the value of our initiatives across the organization.
You will assist in crafting compelling content, managing internal newsletters, and supporting key communication projects that drive engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare leader, working on projects that have a tangible impact on the company’s success. You will work closely with senior communications professionals to develop and execute communication plans that ensure clarity and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and editing internal communications materials, including newsletters, presentations, and articles.
- Support the coordination of internal events and town halls focused on Commercial Excellence initiatives.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support communication strategies.
- Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and document repositories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and stories for communication campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a global corporate setting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
