Erajaya is currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Learning Partner (Supervisor Level) to join our prestigious talent pool. As a key member of our HR team, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business objectives and employee competency development.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that drive commercial growth and operational excellence. You will partner with regional management to identify skill gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning, and ensure our workforce is equipped to deliver superior customer experiences across our commercial touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development roadmaps aligned with commercial business objectives.
- Partner with area leaders to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify performance improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate engaging training workshops and coaching sessions for frontline and supervisory staff.
- Design, curate, and maintain learning materials, e-learning content, and assessment tools.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs and employee performance metrics.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of talent development programs at the regional level.
- Drive a high-performance culture by promoting continuous improvement and personal development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Business Partnering.
- Proven track record in managing training programs within a fast-paced retail or commercial environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in instructional design and modern adult learning methodologies.
- Strategic thinking ability with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- High flexibility to travel or support regional operations as required by the business.
