Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial management of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and timeline.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project financial plans, including cost control, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Manage project contracts, including negotiations, change orders, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle to safeguard project profitability.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and managing expectations.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders, providing clear insights into project performance.

Qualifications
