As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
