Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at frontline healthcare facilities (hospitals, polyclinics, clinics) islandwide
- Manage patient flow, queues, appointments, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support clinical staff with non-clinical tasks and basic patient assistance
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards in waiting areas
- Coordinate patient transport and convey essential information to families and caregivers
- Accurately input and update patient data in hospital information systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a positive patient experience and escalate concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare support or customer service is preferred; hospital/clinic environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, islandwide environment; reliable transport is an asset
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital information systems
- Resilience, teamwork, and a willingness to learn
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
