Responsibilities
- Conduct Health Assessments: Perform initial and periodic medical examinations, including physical check-ups and health screenings for all employees to ensure optimal well-being.
- Emergency Care: Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical response in case of workplace accidents or sudden illnesses.
- Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential medical records, including vaccination histories and health reports.
- Health Education: Conduct health talks, seminars, and awareness campaigns to promote hygiene, nutrition, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Wellness Programs: Develop and implement corporate wellness initiatives to improve employee health and productivity.
- Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the direct supervision of a licensed physician.
- Coordination: Liaise with external healthcare providers and specialists when specialized care is required for employees.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a corporate nursing or clinic setting is preferred.
- Certifications: Must possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certificate; First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with staff and management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick, sound decisions during medical emergencies and handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with medical software and electronic health record systems.
