As our Company Nurse, you will act as the first point of contact for employee health inquiries and medical emergencies. You will work closely with HR and management to promote preventive health measures, conduct regular medical screenings, and maintain accurate health records. Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine medical examinations, health assessments, and pre-employment physicals for employees.
  • Provide immediate first aid, emergency care, and triage for workplace injuries or illnesses.
  • Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and health files for all staff.
  • Organize and conduct health awareness seminars, vaccination drives, and wellness activities.
  • Coordinate with external medical providers, insurance companies, and specialists for employee referrals.
  • Monitor compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corporate health programs.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license from the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a corporate or clinical nursing setting.
  • Proficiency in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health standards and medical protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
