ACS Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to join our occupational health team in Canlubang, Laguna. Responsibilities
- Provide immediate first aid and medical care to employees suffering from injuries or illnesses.
- Conduct routine health assessments, vaccinations, and wellness screenings.
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs aligned with company policies and government regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, including incident reports and health histories.
- Coordinate with local healthcare providers for referrals, specialist consultations, and emergency medical services.
- Educate employees on health promotion topics such as ergonomics, stress management, nutrition, and disease prevention.
- Participate in workplace safety inspections and advise on hazard mitigation strategies.
- Manage the company clinic’s inventory, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and functional.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree.
- Valid Philippine Nursing License (PRC).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; occupational health or industrial nursing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of basic life support (BLS) and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to interact with diverse workforce levels.
- Proficient in maintaining electronic health records and familiarity with data privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts or weekends as needed.
