In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping competitive pay structures and managing comprehensive benefits programs that drive employee retention and overall wellbeing. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll administration, managing government-mandated contributions, and providing insightful data analysis to support management decision-making. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including HMO, leave management, and company-specific incentives.
- Facilitate the timely remittance of government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market research to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance-based incentive programs and annual salary reviews.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation packages, payroll discrepancies, and benefits eligibility.
- Maintain HR records and generate accurate compensation reports for leadership audits.
- Support the HR department in continuous process improvement and policy development regarding total rewards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll administration.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, specifically regarding wages, taxes, and mandatory benefits.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, and data modeling) is required.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of integrity and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential employee information.
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Taguig City.
