Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer compensation programs and benefits packages
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking for compensation competitiveness
- Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations
- Support annual salary reviews, job evaluations, and compensation adjustments
- Manage employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and welfare schemes
- Provide expert guidance to employees on compensation and benefits inquiries
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and compensation regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analytics tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Professional certification (CCP, GRP, or CSCP) preferred
- Experience in multinational aerospace or manufacturing industry advantageous
