Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for regulatory standards and transport operations? We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Transport Network Vehicle Service (TNVS) operations, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met with precision and integrity.
You will be responsible for navigating the complex landscape of transportation laws, managing operator documentation, and serving as the primary liaison between our fleet and government regulatory bodies (such as the LTFRB). Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% compliance with LTFRB and other relevant government regulations for all TNVS units.
- Monitor and track expiration dates for permits, franchises, and vehicle registrations.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for operator applications and renewals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory audits and inquiries.
- Conduct regular audits of internal operational procedures to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all vehicle and driver-related documents.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding status updates on permits and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with fleet partners to ensure all operational requirements are consistently satisfied.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance, administrative operations, or a related field within the transport industry.
- In-depth knowledge of TNVS operations and LTFRB regulations is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for dealing with regulatory agencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ethical judgment.
