In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the end-to-end execution of complex construction projects, ensuring seamless integration across Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA), and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring full alignment with project specifications and engineering designs.
- Coordinate seamlessly across CSA and M&E disciplines to identify and resolve potential construction conflicts before they impact the schedule.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of site safety standards (OSH) to ensure a zero-harm working environment.
- Manage project schedules and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Supervise sub-contractors and site personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Perform regular site inspections and report progress, risks, and variances to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in site processes to optimize cost-efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on multi-disciplinary (CSA/MEP) coordination.
- Professional certification (e.g., BEM/IEM registration or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and vendor relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD/BIM familiarity.
