Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all construction activities for MRT station construction and tunneling works.
- Ensure strict compliance with LTA guidelines, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project progress, budget utilization, and schedule adherence on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.
- Prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, and progress reports.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges on-site to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MRT or mass rapid transit projects.
- Valid Site Manager Certificate or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant local codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects within budget.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
