Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and site operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Manage and coordinate the on-site team, including subcontractors and laborers effectively.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule and budget to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met and identify potential issues.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients regarding project updates and requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Valid construction-related certifications (e.g., WSQ or NEBOSH) are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and cost management.
