Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on construction machinery and equipment
- Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Coordinate with project teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Order replacement parts and maintain inventory of essential supplies
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in construction equipment maintenance
- Proficiency with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
