Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of consumables orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle inbound voice and non‑voice inquiries (phone, email, chat) from customers regarding order status, availability, and shipment tracking.
  • Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and escalations by coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices for consumables management.

Qualifications
