Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of consumables orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle inbound voice and nonâvoice inquiries (phone, email, chat) from customers regarding order status, availability, and shipment tracking.
- Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and escalations by coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment metrics, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the companyâs CRM system.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices for consumables management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the supplies helpdesk operations.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, or order management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to handle both voice and nonâvoice customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools.
- Excellent problemâsolving skills with a detailâoriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Familiarity with consumables or printing supplies industry is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to support global operations.
