Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
  • Conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses for proposed process changes and operational upgrades.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop data-driven strategies to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of new warehouse layouts and workflow systems.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff and supervisors on Lean principles and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between warehouse operations and broader supply chain objectives.
  • Present regular performance reports and project updates to senior management and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management or continuous improvement roles.
  • Proven expertise in cost-benefit analysis and project management software.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automated logistics technologies.
  • Experience in the Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics industry is a significant advantage.
