Responsibilities

  • &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare, review, and manage comprehensive tender documents, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, company policies, and statutory regulations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct thorough cost estimations and detailed financial analysis for diverse construction projects, identifying potential savings, value engineering opportunities, and associated risks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead contract negotiations with sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors to secure optimal terms and conditions, ensuring best value and performance.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Monitor and control project budgets rigorously, tracking expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions to ensure adherence to financial targets.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Administer all aspects of construction contracts, including processing claims, managing variations, progress payments, and final accounts.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, legal counsel, and clients to ensure seamless contract execution and timely project delivery.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide expert advice on contractual matters, interpret contract clauses, and efficiently resolve any contractual disputes or issues.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all contractual correspondence, documents, and key project data.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

Qualifications
