Responsibilities
- Support tender and project teams technically and administratively in areas of expertise
- Review, interpret, and manage construction contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met throughout project lifecycle
- Assist in preparing contract documentation, amendments, and related correspondence
- Monitor project progress against contractual requirements and timelines
- Identify and resolve contractual issues and disputes in a timely manner
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract-related matters
- Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and local regulations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
- Certification in contract management or project management is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
