Responsibilities

  • Support tender and project teams technically and administratively in areas of expertise
  • Review, interpret, and manage construction contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met throughout project lifecycle
  • Assist in preparing contract documentation, amendments, and related correspondence
  • Monitor project progress against contractual requirements and timelines
  • Identify and resolve contractual issues and disputes in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract-related matters
  • Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and mitigation strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and local regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications
