Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and insurance agreements
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal/termination
- Advise on risk mitigation strategies for insurance products and operations
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry regulations
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) with admission to the Singapore Bar
- 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law
- Proven expertise in contract management and negotiation
- Strong understanding of insurance regulations and industry practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with contract lifecycle management systems preferred
