Responsibilities

  • Manage and process conveyancing transactions from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as 'Sale and Purchase Agreements', loan documentation, and transfers of title.
  • Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, and solicitors to facilitate smooth property dealings.
  • Monitor and update case progress, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and document records in compliance with firm policies.
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of bills and invoices for conveyancing matters.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Legal Studies or related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in conveyancing or legal administrative work.
  • Familiarity with Malaysian conveyancing procedures and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and conveyancing software.
