You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage data integrity and reconcile discrepancies, gaining exposure to complex financial instruments and market procedures. Responsibilities

  • Process corporate action events accurately and within strict deadlines, including dividends, rights issues, and stock splits.
  • Conduct thorough reconciliations of positions and cash balances to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor and communicate corporate action notifications to clients and internal departments.
  • Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies or settlement issues in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with custodians and counterparties to clarify event details and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare accurate reporting for management regarding daily operational activities.
  • Participate in system testing and process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related business field.
