Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients (B2B) and high-value individual customers (B2C) within the Bandung region.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and regular engagement.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand competitive landscapes, and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management on market trends and client insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or tech industries.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong understanding of the Bandung market and local business landscape.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
