Job Description
As Ninja Van expands its enterprise footprint in the Philippines, we are seeking a results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive volume, revenue, and market share growth. You will own and expand a portfolio of strategic corporate clients, shape winning value propositions, and lead a high-performance sales team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Operations, and Marketing to design and execute multi-year account plans, negotiate favorable terms, and close high-value deals that contribute to Ninja Van's leadership in the logistics space.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and share within target enterprise segments in the Philippines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline and ensuring forecast accuracy.
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to contract signing and onboarding of new corporate customers.
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team and collaborate with Operations to ensure service levels meet customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape Ninja Van's go-to-market strategy.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs to maximize profitability while delivering exceptional client value.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to develop compelling value propositions and customer success programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of enterprise sales or corporate account management experience in logistics, courier, or adjacent industries.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing complex deals with corporate clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to analyze data and use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to drive decision-making and forecasting.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
