Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across target industries, building a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to key decision-makers.
- Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitable margins.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Existing network of corporate clients is a plus.
