Trust Recruit is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Country General Manager for Data Center Operations to lead our client's critical infrastructure in Indonesia. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of data center management, ensuring 24/7 operational excellence, and driving business growth in the region.
As the Country General Manager, you will be the pivotal leader ensuring seamless data center operations, maintaining the highest standards of reliability, and aligning all activities with global headquarters objectives. You will be responsible for customer relationship management, financial performance, regulatory compliance, security protocols, and team development across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all country-level data center operations to ensure 24/7 reliability and optimal performance
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with headquarters objectives and regional business goals
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth of key accounts
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budget management, cost control, and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate policies
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols and risk management strategies
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams through effective recruitment, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment in technology, processes, and operational standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data center operations, facility management, or critical infrastructure
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility and team management
- Strong understanding of data center design, cooling systems, power distribution, and network infrastructure
- Experience in regulatory compliance, security standards, and industry certifications (Uptime Institute, ISO)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including customers, partners, and government entities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
