As a Course Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in connecting learners with world-class educational solutions. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through our curriculum offerings, addressing their queries, and recommending the most suitable learning pathways. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their learning needs and goals
- Present and recommend appropriate course packages and learning solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with academic advisors to ensure smooth student enrollment and scheduling
- Provide post-sale support and resolve customer inquiries professionally
- Participate in educational events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field; business, education, or communications preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or educational consultancy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Experience in the EdTech or online learning industry is a plus
