Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive credit investigations for new and existing loan applicants.
- Perform field visits to verify client business operations, residence, and character.
- Analyze financial documents to determine the borrower's debt-repayment capacity.
- Prepare accurate and timely credit analysis reports for management review.
- Monitor the payment behavior of assigned accounts and identify potential delinquency risks.
- Collaborate with the sales and collections teams to ensure seamless loan processing.
- Maintain compliance with the bank's credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide sound recommendations on loan approvals based on thorough risk assessment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in credit evaluation, loan processing, or microfinance.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and financial data.
- Willingness to conduct field work and travel within the assigned area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
