This is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or junior professionals to enter the algorithmic and high-frequency trading space under the direct mentorship of seasoned industry experts.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring EU market movements during the 3pm – 11pm SZT window. You will assist in the execution of live trades, analyze complex market data, and contribute to our proprietary trading strategies. If you possess a sharp analytical mind, a passion for blockchain technology, and the ability to perform under pressure, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time market activity across major European cryptocurrency exchanges.
- Execute trade orders with precision, ensuring adherence to established risk management protocols.
- Collaborate with the senior trading team to refine entry and exit strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct daily post-trade analysis to identify performance patterns and potential areas for strategy improvement.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of trading activities and market observations during assigned shifts.
- Support the team in managing liquidity and mitigating exposure during periods of high market volatility.
- Stay abreast of global economic news and blockchain industry developments that influence market sentiment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial markets and crypto-assets are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Python, or SQL) is highly desirable.
- Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to make rapid, logical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
